People sometimes ask me if I really believe in Angels. Well,
the answer is a very affermative Yes!
Apart from reading about Angels in the Bible, I have consulted many
other sources and there is only one sure answer to that question and it is YES!
Below is a guided Angel Meditation that is quite popular with my students, and
also with people in palliative care. (Copyright: Denise 2006)
- Make yourself comfortable;
- Close your eyes and relax, breathing in and out until your body begins to relax
-- in through the nose and out through the mouth;
- See yourself on a white beach, sitting on the shore and the soft waves lapping
at your feet;
- In the distance see multi-coloured spheres dancing on the water;
- Inside each sphere is an Angel calmly coming toward you;
- As the spheres come close to the shore, they open and angels come out in their
robes of different healing colours;
- They are coming to your aid;
- See these angels ministering to your aching body, and your mind - provinding
you with calm, serenity and healing for your entire self;
- Feel yourself relaxing in their presence as you feel loved more than ever in
this lifetime;
- As your body heals, see them all sitting in a circle around you, speaking words
of wisdom, and sending you angelic love;
- See yourself telling them your troubles and receiving their thoughts for your
further healing;
- Relax and see yourself in their arms for a few minutes;
- When you feel thoroughly relaxed, let yourself fall asleep in their arms;
- OR;
- Sit up in your meditative position ready to come out of your meditation;
- They know when their work is done and they go back to their spheres, and once
again picture the spheres dancing on the waters as the angels return to their heavenly home.
The Angels want you to know that they are always there for you. You need
only ask for their help and they will come and help you. If your need is special, they will send other Angels with different
knowledge to assist you. BELIEVE!
Angels were created to serve God and to serve human beings...Listen to that
little voice of intuition inside your head...Sometimes that is an Angel whispering to you - to keep you on the right path!
They were created to serve God and to love YOU.
